Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
Tikus has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using Tikus, you agree not to post, send, or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to engage in harassment, stalking, bullying, or any behavior that harms other users.
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate the accounts of users who violate this policy at our sole discretion. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. Users have the right to block and report other users at any time, and blocked users will be unable to interact with or see content from the users who blocked them.
Your continued use of Tikus constitutes acceptance of this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without prior notice.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tikus mobile application and related services (“Service”), provided by Tikus (“Tikus App,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Tikus App is designed for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration on the Tikus App is not allowed for individuals under the age of 18.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. User Conduct
You agree not to use Tikus for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

- Impersonating another person or entity.
- Distributing spam or other unsolicited communications.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of Tikus. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of content posted by users.
3. Blocking and Reporting
How to block a user
You can block any user from their profile screen or from the “...” menu on any of their posts. Blocked users will not be able to see your profile, message you, view your posts, or interact with your content in any way. You can manage your blocked users list at any time from the Settings screen.
How to report content or users
You can report any post, comment, direct message, livestream comment, or user profile by tapping the “...” menu and selecting “Report.” You will be asked to choose a reason (spam, harassment, violence, sexual content, etc.) and may provide additional details.
Our 24-hour moderation commitment
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours of submission. Confirmed violations result in content removal and, depending on severity, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. We take repeat offenses seriously and escalate consequences for users with prior violations.
4. Privacy
Your use of Tikus is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
5. User Registration
You may need to create an account to use certain features of Tikus. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. By registering, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms, including the zero-tolerance policy above.
6. Content Ownership
6.1. You retain ownership of the content you post on Tikus, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving our Service.
6.2. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or our policies.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings screen. Upon confirmation, your account is deactivated and you are signed out. All associated data (posts, comments, messages, media, and profile information) is permanently removed within 30 days. During that window, you may contact us at contact@tikus.com to request restoration. After the 30-day window, deletion is irreversible.

10. Arbitration
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. This includes any disputes related to the use of Tikus App or its services. Arbitration offers a fair and efficient way to resolve conflicts, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. By using Tikus App, you agree to this arbitration clause and waive your right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuits related to these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of Tikus after the changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
